Non-Invasive • Natural • Tone & Lift
Your nose is supported by a network of muscles and cartilage. Just like any other part of your body, these can be toned! Whether you’re looking to prevent age-related sagging or define your features, these exercises are a natural way to keep your face looking fresh.
1. Nose Lift (Anti-Aging)

Helps counteract the natural sagging of cartilage as we age.
- Place your index finger lightly on the tip of your nose.
- Gently lift the tip upward.
- Contract the nose muscles to push back against your finger.
2. Nose Sculpting
Focuses on defining the sides of the nose for a sharper look.
- Press the sides of your nostrils gently with your index fingers.
- Exhale slowly while maintaining light pressure.
- Try to move just your nose while keeping the rest of your face still.
3. Flare & Breathe
Excellent for strengthening the muscles to achieve a slimmer appearance.
- Pout your lips into an “O” shape.
- Apply gentle pressure to the nostrils with your fingers.
- Flare your nostrils while taking deep, controlled breaths.
4. Smile & Push

Engages the muscles connecting the cheeks to the nose for a natural lift.
- Place thumb and index finger on the sides of your nose.
- Gently push inward while flashing a wide smile.
- The smile naturally lifts the nose against the pressure of your fingers.
5. Nasal Breathing

Calms the face while providing internal resistance to the nose muscles.
- Block one nostril and inhale for 3 seconds.
- Switch sides and exhale through the other nostril for 6 seconds.
- Keep the rest of your facial muscles relaxed.
6. Narrowing Massage

Improves circulation and helps refine the appearance of the nose bridge.
- Massage from the bridge downward toward the tip in circular motions.
- Circle around the sides of your nostrils with light pressure.
7. Wrinkle & Smooth

Targets the muscles between the eyes for a fresher, more alert look.
- Place fingers on the sides of your nose near the inner corners of your eyes.
- Wrinkle your nose upward (the “stinky” face).
- While tensed, use your fingers to “smooth” the skin outward.
